Do you offer same-day service in Rogers?
Yes — same-day service is the standard in Rogers, not the exception. Call and we'll give you an honest arrival window, not a four-hour guess that becomes eight.
Are you licensed to work in Rogers?
Yes. We hold Minnesota Master Plumber license PM652496, we're insured, and when a job needs a permit we pull it through the City of Rogers and meet the inspector ourselves. Permit costs are part of the flat-rate price you approve up front.
Is Rogers' water hard?
Very. Rogers draws its city water from five deep wells — over 360 feet down — and it comes up around 20 to 22 grains per gallon, nearly four times the national average. In the newer subdivisions a softener is doing real work from day one. We test at your tap and size the softener to your actual water.
We're out on acreage in the old Hassan Township on a well. Do you do well work?
Yes. A lot of the former Hassan Township is on private wells, and that's work we do — servicing and replacing well pumps and pressure tanks, fixing pressure and short-cycling problems, and treating the hard well water, plus everything downstream. One call covers the whole system.
Our home is brand new. Is there anything to watch?
Newer Rogers homes are built tight and to code, with modern PEX and a new water heater — so the job here is protecting that investment rather than chasing old failures. The main thing is the hard water: a properly sized softener keeps scale off that new heater and out of the fixtures, and we're happy to check that yours is set right.
Do you charge extra to come to Rogers?
No. No travel surcharge, no service-call games — Rogers is home turf for us. You get a free estimate and a flat-rate price before any work starts, same as every city we serve.
